PARCELLOC guides every driver through loading and delivery: matching your most experienced driver on an easy day, 30-40% more efficient on a standard one, and turning a peak into today's normal day.
Partner with usParcel operators have spent the last decade optimising sorting centres, route planning, tracking and customer visibility. One critical part of the delivery process has been left largely to individual experience: what happens inside and around the delivery vehicle. As volumes grow and experienced drivers become harder to find, predictable performance has become one of the industry's greatest challenges.
PARCELLOC makes this final step predictable. By combining route information, parcel data and vehicle configuration, it determines the optimal position for every parcel and intuitively guides drivers during loading and delivery - running on the scanning and planning infrastructure operators already have.
Instead of asking operators to redesign established workflows, PARCELLOC strengthens the processes they already trust. It augments drivers rather than replacing them, reducing cognitive workload and improving consistency: 30-40% more efficient loading and delivery on a normal day, and extreme volumes on a peak day handled as efficiently as a normal day runs today.
Delivered as a per-vehicle subscription, savings reach up to 9 times the subscription cost - a more predictable, scalable and resilient last-mile operation, and the digital operational foundation for tomorrow.
On an easy day, any driver matches your most experienced one. On a normal day, loading and delivery are 30-40% more efficient than that driver. On a peak day, extreme volumes run as smoothly as a normal day does today.
PARCELLOC applies optimisation inside the vehicle, not only upstream in the network, using the scanning, planning and vehicle data operators already generate. No new scanning ecosystem is required, keeping operational change and implementation risk low. Deployment can start with one vehicle.
PARCELLOC optimises loading and parcel retrieval today, and scales seamlessly with any operation. Modular by design, the same foundation extends to new operational models, diverse vehicle concepts and future technologies as parcel delivery continues to change.
PARCELLOC guides the driver where to place each parcel when loading the van - and where to find it at the delivery stop. It runs on existing scan infrastructure, fed by route, parcel and vehicle data. Keep scrolling to follow a parcel from loading to delivery.
PARCELLOC has been tested at proof-of-concept level. A laboratory demonstrator and a vehicle demonstrator were used to evaluate usability, loading efficiency and integration with existing delivery workflows, benchmarked against current loading and delivery practices with a leading European postal operator. Efficiency gains of 30-40% were shown; simulation models across vehicle configurations and operational scenarios indicate a fleet reduction potential of around 10%.
The concept is supported by professionals from leading parcel delivery organisations. A VLAIO-funded Proof-of-Business programme, running since March 2026, is validating commercial applicability across multiple European parcel operators - the structured step between proof-of-concept and live deployment.
In September 2026, PARCELLOC won the c2p Startup Innovation Award in the First & Last Mile category at Parcel+Post Expo, London, judged by an international panel of 15 industry judges.
“PARCELLOC is the kind of innovation that helps our industry to make real progress: pragmatic, down-to-earth, and at the same time cost efficient, feasible and affordable.”
“I have worked together successfully with this team. When I need to develop innovative solutions for challenges in logistics, I prefer to do that again with these guys.”

PARCELLOC is looking for progressive postal and parcel operators willing to run a structured test on a limited set of routes. PARCELLOC works from the scan and planning data you already produce, requires no change to your route-planning system, and is fitted to a small number of vehicles for the duration of the test.
In return, you get a measured comparison against your current loading and delivery practice - on your own routes and volumes - and direct influence on the modular configuration that fits your operation. We also welcome strategic technology partners and investors who share our vision of making last-mile delivery more predictable, scalable and driver-friendly.
